Are You Ready to Get Hot, Wet’n Wild?

Mark your calenders now for June 28th, 2014. This year’s Wet’n Wild tour promises to be hotter, wetter and wilder than last year. The fire departments are already preparing their props to challenge you in the gauntlet. This year the tour will start and stop at the New Mexico State BBQ competition, “Smokin on the Pecos”, taking place at the Eddy County Fair grounds. Again the question will be, “do you have what it takes to make through the gauntlet?”

wet-n-wild-logo What is the Wet’n Wild tour? It is a unique 7K or 4 mile tour where you can walk, run, skate or bicycle the course. It is the only tour to combine all four events in one tour. What makes this a wet’n wild tour are the Soaker Teams that come out and build props that are designed specifically to get you soaking wet. Please click on the Wet’n Wild gallery above and see the pictures from last year. The most common sight is people laughing. The participants are laughing and so are the soaker teams and water truck drivers. Everyone has a good time. So what are you waiting for? Get a team together, wear crazy costumes, invite your friends. Helmets required for bikers. You’re gonna have fun. You’re gonna get hot, wet’n wild!
